What a cleaning visit covers

Every property is different, so the honest way to answer that question is on a phone call. Tell us about the place: how many rooms, what kind of floors and surfaces, whether there are fixtures that need particular attention, and whether there are shared areas such as a hallway, a stairwell, a lobby or a common room that have to be kept presentable for other people as well as for you.

Once we know that, we can tell you plainly which of it we take on and what a visit would involve. If part of the job sits outside what we do, we would rather say so on the call than turn up and disappoint you.

Homes and commercial premises

Domestic cleaning and commercial cleaning are different jobs, and we treat them as different jobs. A home is about the people living in it — the kitchen, the bathroom, the laundry, the floors that get walked on every day. A commercial site is about the people walking through it: staff, customers, visitors, and the fixtures and shared areas they touch on the way in and out.

Because both are part of the same locally run team, a property that needs cleaning can also be covered for maintenance, garden care or vehicle work without you having to brief a second business from scratch.
